Anyone who want cheap or authentic could find food that sell for the locals around local markets that located on the differ zone of Siem Reap. I saw a big market on the national route no.6, the way to Banteay Srie and another one on the way to Tonle SapLake. The guide told that Cambodians go to this market not the Old Market.

Angkor Café opposite the entrance to the West of Angkor Wat. Moreover, food stalls are lined up along the road.
There are food, fresh fruits and beverages stalls selling in front of the entrances of temples along Little circuit, Big circuit and Outlying temples. The prices are in USD and sometimes quite a bother from touts.
My favourite drink is coconut juice. My Tuk Tuk driver always bought it for me as complimentary. He paid in Riel and of course cheap.
