Khao Yai National Park has two entrances
1.     Pak Chong District, Nakorn Ratchsima Province
2.     Prachin Buri Province

Take the hwy from Bangkok to Saraburi Province then turn to Mittaphab Road and at Km56 turn left to Thanarat Road by By Pass and go straight for approx 30km

Mass Transportation
Travel by public transportations Bangkok - Pak Chong route such as bus, train or van.
Then rent a car or motorcycle from Pak Chong Town to the park.
Either or travel by public transport (Song Thaew, 15THB) from Pak Chong Town to the park entrance on Thanarat Road, then contact to rent a motorbike from the park's officer which is not for public it is personal vehicle.

Car Rental (With or without driver, guide not necessary)
Rent a car from Bangkok, it takes 2-3hrs drive each way.
This way, you can drive up to Khao Yai National Park and drive through other tourist attractions as you want.

Main road from Khao Yai National Park to Mittaphab Road is Thanarat Road. 
Another route from Khao Yai National Park to Mittaphab Road is Kudkla - Phansuek Road, it’s shortcut that famous vineyards of Thailand are located.

Always crowded at weekend and holidays, please avoid.
