Eat and Drink
George Town is capital of street food. Around old town is full of restaurants, cafes and street food venues. Visitors have a variety of food from Malay, Chinese, Indian and Western.

|Curry Mee, One of My Favourite|
On Lebuh Chulia not far from Love Lane, Lorong Baru near KOMTAR and Gurney Drive outside of old town. My favourite are Wantan Mee and Curry Mee. There are other food venues recommended in travel guides such as Esplanade for Malay food.
Indian popular restaurant on Lebuh Chulia, they serve yummy dishes at reasonable price 24hrs. I visited here twice as dinner.
Reggae Bar, Love Lane
Nice bar for a bottle of beer or a glass of cocktail, it is the hot hostel at same location.
Hidden in the alley near love lane, located in old shop house, decorated with Chinese furniture, suitable for relaxation
